INEZA AFRICANO RESORT: Guest Room Service Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the guest room services provided by INEZA AFRICANO RESORT, located in Huye district, Ngoma sector, Taba village. By booking and staying at the resort, the guest agrees to abide by these terms. 1. Booking and Fees Room Fee: The cost for a single night's stay is 10,000 Frw (Rwandan Francs) per person. Occupancy Limit: Each room is strictly designated for single occupancy only. Couples Policy: Couples are not permitted to share a single room. The room is designed and reserved for one individual guest only. 2. Check-in and Check-out Check-in Time: The designated check-in time is 16:30 (4:30 PM). Guests arriving earlier may not have immediate access to their room. Check-out Time: The designated check-out time is 10:00 (10:00 AM). Guests must vacate the room by this time to avoid potential late check-out fees. 3. Damage to Property Responsibility for Damage: The guest is fully responsible for any and all damage to the resort's property (including, but not limited to, furniture, fixtures, electronics, linens, and the building structure) that occurs during their stay. Immediate Payment: If any property is destroyed or damaged, the guest is required to pay for the full cost of repair or replacement immediately upon assessment by the resort management. 4. General Conduct and Services Other Resort Services: Guests are welcome to utilize the resort's other high-end services, including fast food, catering, event planning and management, and various tour packages, subject to availability and separate charges. Respect for Quiet Hours: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable level of noise, particularly during the resort’s quiet hours, to ensure the comfort of all other guests. Compliance with Resort Policy: Guests must comply with all posted resort policies and the reasonable instructions of the resort staff. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the stay without a refund.
